How are orders placed on T3CM delivered to me?

All orders placed on shop.t-3-c-m.com are delivered through:

  • EMS standard post delivery (International delivery)
  • Courier delivery in Moscow


Can there be any extra costs for delivery?

Please be informed that in some countries there can be additional costs for customs and taxes. These expenses are paid by the customer.

How does your Standard Delivery service work?

We try our hardest to deliver your orders as fast as possible. Our standard delivery policy is within 3-4 working days from Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) from the moment you submit your order we ship it to our delivery partner.

How do I check the status of my order?

Please tap on “My Orders” section in your account on our website to check your order status.

How can I track my delivery?

After your order is shipped to the delivery company you will receive and email with a tracking number with a link to the post service website where you can see the status of the delivery.

Does T3CM deliver orders worldwide?

Yes, we offer international delivery for our customers.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

At T3CM you can securely and easily pay with your bank debit or credit card.

We accept the majority of debit/credit cards for payments online, including Visa, Mastercard. Online payments are processed securely through Robokassa.com

When will my card be charged?

When you place your order on our website you will be charged right after the order has been placed.

Will I be charged a transaction fee?

At T3CM we do not charge any additional transaction fees. However, in some exceptional cases, your card issuer may deduct a fee for international purchases made outside of the customer’s country or residence, whether in a foreign currency or not. This charge is beyond our control and we cannot offer refunds for these transaction fees. Please check the Terms and Conditions of your bank card issuer for more details.

Exchange and Returns

Within 14 days after receipt of the order if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the items for an exchange or refund.

How to exchange or return item(s)?

  1. Pack all items in new and unused condition in their original packaging and enclose a brief letter with information indicating the reason for exchange or return.
  2. Ship your sufficiently stamped package to our address. Send us a request to our email and we will send you the post address where to return the order.
  3. We will not be liable for loss of or damage to the package.

Retain the receipt of your return until you have received the confirmation of your refund. As soon as we receive your shipment, we will send you a confirmation email about the receipt. If you wish a refund, you will receive it within 14 days after receipt of your return.

In accordance with our general terms and conditions we do not compensate the expenses for the return shipment and we also reserve the right to deduct a portion of the shipping costs from the sum to be refunded, if your order had a free delivery.

If the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
